Best Viktor Skin – All Skins Ranked

If you are a fan of the mid lane then you have surely tried Viktor a time or two. His base skin is rather bad, if not one of the worst skins in the game. So it’s no surprise that you’d want to improve his appearance. We ranked all of his skins from worst to the best to find out the best Viktor skin.

Viktor was once a human, but his craving for evolution made him something else entirely. With the body augmentations of steel and science, Viktor has transcended the usual human form. The Machinist uses a staff to strike down his enemies. Without further ado, here’s the list of the best Viktor skins.

Prototype Viktor

Prototype Viktor

Before he reached his true form, Viktor had to go through different testing stages. The Prototype Viktor shows what he looked like during his first experiment. If that’s something you are interested in then this skin is definitely for you. It costs only 520 RP but it’s rarely available in the shop.

With such a low price it’s no surprise that there are no new animations or sound effects. Instead, it’s entirely focused on Viktor’s appearance. You can still see his human features such as hair, and a part of his face. His suit is still in the beta version with metallic and red details.

Full Machine Viktor

Full Machine Viktor

After tweaking his prototype, Viktor came up with a new design. The new suit covers him completely and it’s the first time he’s more of a machine than he is a man. But he wasn’t alone. He was accompanied by his twin Full Metal Jayce. Sadly for Viktor, he didn’t get to enjoy his twin’s glory. Instead, he was banished to serve as a janitor.

This skin costs 975 RP but doesn’t have any new animations. That is rather rare for a skin of that price. His suit is yellow and green and it looks quite bad in-game. Truth be told, his splash art is much better than his in-game appearance.

Creator Viktor

Creator Viktor

A genius scientist going rogue. How many times did we see that plotline already? Viktor creates a Battlecast machine army which he leads to war. And if that wasn’t enough, he also produces mass weapons.

Creator Viktor costs 1350 RP and has some new cool animations. From the get-go, we can see his power in the splash art. In comparison to Full Machine Viktor, Riot did a complete 180°. This skin looks stunning in-game!

He wears a black full body armor which reminds me a lot of Darth Vader. His staff is upgraded as well as his synthetic arm which was replaced by a laser gatling. Red is the prevailing color on this skin. It can be seen on his auto attacks, Siphon’s shield as well as on his laser. Enemies are damaged by a drone during his Chaos Storm.

Death Sworn Viktor

Death Sworn Viktor

The release of Creator Viktor started a new era for Viktor skins which was further solidified by Death Sworn Viktor. All of his abilities are updated on top of having new sound effects. The only downside is that like most of the other legacy skins, he is rarely available in the store.

According to Riot, the premise of this skin is Viktor’s death. He was sentenced to death and hanged for preaching about a future in which the living knelt before the dead. Admired by his strong beliefs and determination, death sent Viktor back to the mortal world with powers greater than anything he could imagine.

Viktor has a royal purple hood and cape. His outfit is further strengthened by plated armor. Fitting with the theme, Viktor is not human anymore. Moreover, a blue spirit resides in a human-like form.

All of his spells feature some variation of a blue color. They don’t have many details but are rather smooth and visually pleasant.

Death Sworn Viktor costs merely 1350 RP so if you have a chance to get him don’t shy away from the opportunity.

PsyOps Viktor

PsyOps Viktor

Currently, the best Viktor skin in League of Legends is PsyOps Viktor. It’s also his latest skin. In this instance, Viktor is a leader of the rogue military better known as the Black Rose Group. Obsessed with the alien gate nothing will stop him from breaching it and upending the global order.

His armor looks a lot like Creator Viktor’s one, but instead of the red, there are touches of yellow color throughout the skin. Riot did an excellent job with his splash art. He’s in the main focus with all of the details visible. Personally, he reminds me a lot of movie villains.

In the game, his abilities don’t have a particular color. Instead, it looks like he’s tearing time and space itself. When using his ultimate ability, Chaos Storm, the orb that powers his staff arises and damages enemies in the area.

Lastly, PsyOps Viktor costs 1350 RP and also has some very cool chromas.

Conclusion

Even though Viktor is an old champion that was released in 2011 he only received 5 skins up to this date. There’s a lot of potential because of his unique kit so hopefully, Riot will keep him in mind when creating new skin lines.

At the moment, PsyOps Viktor is the best skin, closely followed by Death Sworn Viktor. They have opposite theme’s so I recommend you to go for the one that relates to you the most.
